BOUTELDJA FATHE | université 8 Mai 1945 Guelma

Bouteldja Fathe is an engeneer in Public Works from Algiers National School of Public Works (2004). He received his Research Master and Phd dergree from university of Blaise Pascal Clermont Ferrand II - France between 2004 and 2009. Since 2010, he is teacher - researcher at Civil Engineering and Hydraulic Department of 8 Mai 1945 Guelma university (Algeria).
